What voltage options are available for electric actuated valves? ＋

Apollo India Valves supplies electric actuated valves in 230V AC (single phase) and 24V DC configurations. Both options are available with 4–20 mA proportional control signal compatibility, making them suitable for integration with SCADA, PLC, DCS and BMS control systems.

What is the difference between on/off and modulating electric actuators? ＋

On/off electric actuators open or close the valve fully — used for isolation and shut-off applications. Modulating (proportional) actuators accept a 4–20 mA or 0–10V signal and position the valve at any intermediate point, used for flow control and process regulation. Apollo supplies both types; specify your requirement when enquiring.

What size range do electric actuated butterfly valves come in? ＋

Our standard electric actuated butterfly valves are available from 1½" (40 mm) to 24" (600 mm). Double flange models go up to 24". For sizes above this range, please contact us for a custom quotation.

Are electric actuated valves suitable for corrosive media? ＋

Yes. We supply PTFE (FEP / PFA) lined ball valves and butterfly valves with electric actuators, specifically designed for corrosive chemical media. These are spark-tested at 15 KVDC and rated for temperatures up to 230°C (PFA lining). For highly corrosive applications, the wetted parts are fully lined, ensuring zero metal contact with the process fluid.

What is the delivery time for electric actuated valves? ＋

Standard catalogue electric actuated valves are dispatched within 3–7 working days from our Pune facility. Custom specifications, non-standard materials, or bulk orders may require 10–21 working days. We provide real-time delivery status updates and partner with reliable logistics providers for safe nationwide delivery.

Do you provide ISO and test certificates with electric valves? ＋

Yes. All Apollo India Valves products are manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. We provide material test certificates (MTC), hydrostatic pressure test reports, dimensional inspection reports, and actuator torque test certificates. NDT reports (radiography, MPI, UT, PMI) are available on request for critical applications.
